I'm starting this cooking blog as a way to preserve my favorite recipes. I do not claim to be an excellent cook. Most nights my kids refuse to even eat my cooking. My husband doesn't seem to mind it but, that's not much of a reference considering he will eat almost anything. However, I do like to try new things and feed people that do not belong in my immediate family. I've found that they are much more polite.
I also do not claim that any of these recipes are of my own creation. However, I will always give credit, where credit is due! I love sharing recipes and have found that my friends usually have some of the best. I've also gotten into "food blogs" which is one of the reasons I've started my own. I wanted a way to save my own favorites to eventually print into a book for that long off day when my children decide that maybe I wasn't such a horrible cook. Surely that day will come??
